N6-hidroksilizin O-acetiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.102, N6-hidroksilizin:acetil KoA N6-transacetilaza, N6-hidroksilizin acetilaza, acetil-KoA:6-N-hidroksi-L-lizin 6-acetiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetil-KoA:N6-hidroksi-L-lizin 6-acetiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acetil-KoA + N6-hidroksi-L-lizin KoA + N6-acetil-N6-hidroksi-L-lizin
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u sinteza aerobaktina iz lizina kod Escherichia coli bakterija.
